• On normal business days, we ship super fast.

• We usually ship via UPS or FedEx or USPS.

 

Returns

• ​To request a return, contact us.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of product delivery.

• Returns may only be requested for products that are in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

• We offer free return shipping.

• If your return is approved, we will email you instructions telling you how to process your return, including a Return # and a shipping label.

• If a refund is approved, the original price of the product will be refunded; however, original shipping costs are not refunded.

• We do not offer exchanges. Instead, if you qualify for a return, request a return for your original product and place a new order for the new product.

• We may modify our return policies from time to time so you should check these each time prior to making a purchase. Please pay close attention to detail, spelling, and color to ensure correct approval before printing custom apparel. Don't Trust This Man will not refund or replace any item due to incorrect spelling, color or design. Returns and/or refunds are limited solely to apparel with fabric that is materially flawed or the printing on an item is below quality standards.

 

Cancellations

• You can request a cancellation before your product ships.

• Once your product ships, you cannot request a cancellation.
